DSF series Starch Nozzle Centrifuge machine is professionally designed for starch refining of corn, cassava, potatoes, wheat and other raw materials: pre-concentration of puree; gluten and starch separation, gluten concentration and following process of washing, clarification.
Centrifuge can also be used for pre-concentration, separation, concentration and clarification of two different materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
Description of our Starch Separators
Starch is the most common carbohydrate in human diets and is contained in large amounts in staple foods like potatoes, wheat, corn, rice, and cassava. In industry, starch is converted into sugars, gives wheatpaste as a thickening, stiffening or gluing agent; as an adhesive in the papermaking process etc.
In the early history of mankind, people crash and separate the mature crops depend on their physical porperties, then obtain starch; in modern society, starch separator is the key role in the large scale industrial process of starch extraction.
