Brew brewing equipment
The inner body of Saccharification system and fermentation system are made of stainless steel, and the out appearance is constructed with stainless steel, titanium, purple copper or flame plating. With good work craft and beautiful appearance. PLC system accomplishes the automatic control on the complete brewing process, so that it can guarantee the good quality of the beer production.
Fermentation tank
- Fermentation tank is made of high-quality stainless steel (optional 2B or high-precision surface polishing),wrapper with 2mm high quality stainless steel (2B or optional high-precision surface polishing),the intermedium insulation is made of high-performance polyurethane. It can also be designed and manufactured as per user's request.
- Dish head/ Cylinder/ 45°,60° 65°,70°,90°cone bottom(can be adjusted)/ shell jacket(one or two sections)/ bottom jacket / insulation both on shell and bottom / with adjustable legs.
- Connections:PVRV / CO2 outlet / coolant inlet and outlet / Pt 100 interface / sample valve / side manhole/
CIP interface / wort inlet and yeast outlet / elbow beer outlet / add dry hops dozing(filling) pipe. - Volume: 1 BBL—300BBL
