-High plasma harvest rate
-Protect the integrity of the cell
-Plasma plasma( protein powder)
-SOD (Superoxide dismutase)
-Blood globulin powder
“Blood” consists of plasma and blood cells. Plasma contains plasma proteins (albumin, globulin, fibrinogen), lipoproteins and other nutrients, as well as inorganic salts, oxygen, hormones, enzymes, antibodies and cell metabolites. Blood cells include red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.
Mammalian blood has a coagulation mechanism. When platelets rupture, they will coagulate the water-soluble fibrin and blood cells in plasma into blood cakes, and the remaining transparent liquid is called serum
Blood components in animals
1L plasma contains 900-910g water (90% – 91%). 65-85g protein (6.5% – 8.5%) and 20g low molecular weight substance (2%) There are many electrolytes and small organic compounds in low molecular substances, such as metabolites and some other hormones. The electrolyte content in plasma is basically the same as that in tissue fluid.
Blood contains various nutrients, such as inorganic salts, oxygen, cell metabolites, hormones, enzymes and antibodies, which can nourish tissues, regulate organ activities and defend against harmful substances.
Plasma protein and hemoglobin
Plasma protein powder is a powdery product made from the plasma of animal blood separated from red blood cells after spray drying. It contains 78% crude protein, digestibility of more than 90%, lysine of 7%, and other amino acids are rich and balanced.
Hemoglobin is a powdery product made of red blood cells separated from animal blood (usually pig blood or cow blood) after spray drying.
Blood production process
Anticoagulation animal blood – centrifugation(via centrifuge equipment)
-blood cell solution – spray drying – blood cell protein powder
-Plasma solution – ultrafiltration(membrane filter) – spray drying – plasma protein powder
